| My internship at kneier consult: I learned a lot and I was never bored. I see the internship at kneier consult, combined with weekend studies at the AfAK, as the perfect solution for starting your career. As well as the recognized qualification from the AfAK, I was able to develop two years of practical work experience. In contrast to other companies, an internship at kneier consult doesn’t mean 40 hours a week spent making copies and making coffee. On the contrary, from the very first day, I was involved in projects, got to know all the programs on the Mac and was introduced to the different task areas in the company. They were interested in my opinion from the start and I was able to complete important tasks independently after a brief induction phase. This aspect showed me that they had a lot of confidence in me early on. Whenever I had problems completing tasks or problems at university, I was supported 100% in my work. In the last year of my internship, I regularly attended meetings with customers on my own and represented kneier consult. These experiences were the perfect preparation for the demands of working life, meaning that I can continue with plenty of self-confidence. |
