A handbook for the uniform design of lecture series and campaigns on the topic of osteopathy has been developed together with the customer. Following a successful pilot phase, the handbook is now being used in all service units in the company as a guide for event organization.

Negotiations in Turkey successful

The contract between the clinic Hisar International and BKK Archive was greeted resoundingly by the Turkish press. In the meantime Kneier consult has expanded the network for its customers to include more than 90 clinics and it has also organized the sales mechanisms for the nations project developed by Kneier consult.

Over a time period of almost two years nearly all of BKK Archive’s employees have been trained by Kneier consult. The increasing numbers and registrations in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system prove its success.

The roll-out of other sales distribution systems is scheduled for March 2008. Here too the requests exceed the expectations of Kneier consult.

Sonnenei is a trademark

Punctually at the beginning of the new year the managing directors of Sonnenei, Leonard and Thomas Häde, together with Harald Kneier drew up a positive balance sheet. The market and the press have acknowledged the Sonnenei trademark and consumers have jumped at this environmental product. Further consolidation of our success and the successful collaboration between Sonnenei and the Kneier Group have been agreed upon for the future. The concept, implementation and the accompanying Full Service have here as well proved themselves to be a success factor.

Target-group marketing as a success factor

Within a mere eight-week period of development the abc BKK (Betriebskrankenkasse) [Company Health Insurance Scheme] in North Rhine-Westphalia was prepared for competition. The market analysis, strategic concept and implementation from a single source made a precision landing at the target group possible. The first sales figures are not only very promising, at this time they already exceed expectations.

The already successfully tested instruments for cost optimization by Kneier consult are being adapted in collaboration with the clinic administration of Johanniter Hospital for use in the hospital. The roll-out for other clinics is scheduled to begin in June 2008.

Interim management

Following the restructuring of marketing and sales at a large company health insurance provider, kneier consult is taking over interim management until the end of the change process.
