Every customer contact is a sales contact

The project “Every customer contact is a sales contact” nears its conclusion

Over a time period of almost two years nearly all of BKK Archive’s employees have been trained by Kneier consult. The increasing numbers and registrations in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system prove its success.

The roll-out of other sales distribution systems is scheduled for March 2008. Here too the requests exceed the expectations of Kneier consult.
